The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by Custom Logo Agency

Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the selected package. Clients can request unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design at no extra charge, provided the design and concept remain unchanged. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Funds deposited will not be subject to a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved, or if any changes are requested, unless Custom Logo Agency cancels or terminates your contract for reasons unrelated to your breach or non-performance.

Refund Eligibility Guidelines:

  1. Full Refund: Available if requested before delivery of initial design concepts (a 10% service and processing fee will be deducted).
  2. 66% Refund: Available if requested within 48 hours of the initial design delivery (less 10% service fee).
  3. 33% Refund: Available if requested within 48–96 hours after the initial design delivery (less 10% service fee).
  4. No Refund: Will be entertained:
    1. After 96 hours of initial design delivery.
    2. After the project has entered the revision phase.
    3. After the customer has been unresponsive for 5 working days.
    4. After final files have been delivered.
    5. For website bundles, once the initial design mockup is revised or inner pages are created and approved.
    6. If customer inaction exceeds 7 working days.

All refund requests must be submitted to our Support Department. Custom Logo Agency reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request on a case-by-case basis.

If you ordered a combo (e.g., logo and website), and approved one service (e.g., logo), only the unapproved service (e.g., website) is eligible for refund—subject to the same refund conditions above.

A valid refund reason must align with your design brief and feedback. If the designs align with the brief, refunds will not be issued, but we will continue to revise until you’re satisfied.

Important Conditions:

  1. Both Custom Logo Agency and the client agree not to publicly criticize each other or affiliated parties on social media, blogs, forums, or other public channels during or after the contract. A violation may result in a compensation claim by the non-breaching party.
  2. Refunds cannot be claimed in bad faith (e.g., placing the same order with multiple agencies to receive free samples and then request refunds).
  3. The client is expected to stay engaged throughout the design process and provide timely feedback to achieve desired outcomes.

How to Claim Your Refund

2. If your refund is approved, the rights to your design are transferred to Custom Logo Agency, and you may no longer legally use any version of the provided work.

3. Custom Logo Agency may register copyright details for refunded designs to prevent unauthorized reuse.

My Account Policy

The My Account area is your primary communication portal. It is your responsibility to monitor it for project updates, revisions, and messages. Failure to do so may affect eligibility for refunds. Contact support if you need help navigating your account.

Quality Assurance Policy

To ensure complete satisfaction, our design team strictly adheres to your provided specifications and conducts thorough research to maintain design originality and quality.

Domain and Hosting

  1. Domain and hosting are provided free of cost where applicable.
  2. Email accounts included in packages can be configured on third-party email platforms such as Outlook.
  3. Opting out of our hosting will result in the removal of email account support.

Delivery Policy

  1. All files are delivered to the My Account area as per the date specified in the “Order Confirmation.”
  2. Clients are notified by email when files are delivered.
  3. All revision and refund policies are based on the date and time of delivery to the My Account area.
  4. Customized designs are delivered via email within 5 to 7 business days.
  5. Rush delivery (first logo within 24 hours) is available for an additional $100.

Record Maintenance

We archive all final files after delivery. If you need your files again, contact support and we’ll resend them.

Correspondence Policy

Custom Logo Agency is not liable for communication from any email address or phone number not listed on our website. We are only responsible for emails from [email protected] and toll-free numbers mentioned on our site.

Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If we fail to meet your expectations, you may qualify for a refund (subject to our refund policy).

100% Unique Design Guarantee

All designs by Custom Logo Agency are created from scratch and guaranteed to be unique. If a logo is found to be significantly similar to an existing design, you are entitled to a new logo.

Note: Any similarity to existing artwork is purely coincidental. Custom Logo Agency is not responsible for copyrighting your design—it is the client’s responsibility to register it with the relevant authorities.

Revision Policy

  • Revisions are unlimited for all packages (Standard, Pro, Premium) as long as the initial concept remains unchanged.
  • Turnaround time: 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Same refund structure applies as for design services (detailed above). Refund requests are void once:

  1. A revision is requested.
  2. The project enters the revision phase.
  3. The design is approved.
  4. Final files are delivered.
