We provide revisions based on the package you have selected. Customers enjoy the benefit of unlimited free revisions as we revise their logo designs and animations without any additional charges, provided that the core concept, theme, and specifications remain the same. The turnaround time for revisions is typically 48-72 hours.
Custom Logo Agency typically has a turnaround time of 48-72 hours for most logo design and animation services. Please note that this is the time frame for a single iteration of the design stage, not the entire project. The time required for revisions may vary based on the specific service, ranging from a minimum of 48 hours to a maximum of 72 hours, equivalent to two working days.
- Logo design orders placed or revisions requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
- Logo design orders placed or revisions requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
In certain situations, deposited funds for a project may not be eligible for a refund after delivery if the initial logo design or animation is approved, or a change is requested. However, Custom Logo Agency offers a refund policy under specific conditions:
- You can request a refund when initial logo designs or animations are presented. Once you approve or request changes to the initial concept, the refund offer becomes void, and refund requests will not be entertained.
- If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial concept, you may be eligible for a Full Refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a 66% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- If a refund request is made between 48 to 120 hours after the initial concept delivery, you may be eligible for a 33% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial concept delivery. However, you are encouraged to contact us in case of any concerns, as we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction.
- No refund requests will be entertained if no action has been taken on your order for 30 days after placing it. If you wish to reactivate your order, a certain fee will be charged based on your project.
- No refund requests will be accepted after the final logo files or animations have been delivered.
- If a client requests a refund during the project due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, the client is not eligible for a refund. However, the amount can be stored as credit for future services.
- For logo design packages, no refunds will be entertained once the logo design has been finalized or once it has been used in any way.
- Refund requests are processed for orders placed in good faith. If a customer has placed logo design orders with multiple agencies for the same project with the intention of claiming a refund, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
- For video animation packages, no refund request will be entertained after the storyboard has been designed.
All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. Custom Logo Agency reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the violation of your user agreement.
Ownership & Rights
Upon finalization of a logo design or animation, you, the client, own 100% of all rights to the final product. Custom Logo Agency will not retain any rights or ownership of the delivered logo design or animation.
Custom Logo Agency maintains records of finalized product deliveries and communication for reference and transparency.
Our customer support team is available during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, to address your concerns and queries over the phone. For all other inquiries after business hours, please use the Team Works Account section to email us, and we will respond on the next working day.
Technical Support Policy
Custom Logo Agency primarily provides logo design and animation services. While some packages may include technical aspects to assist with websites and emails, we do not provide detailed training or installations. The responsibility for implementing and learning to use these services lies with the client. We are not responsible for server-related issues or detailed technical support for emails and hosting services unless purchased separately as part of an ongoing maintenance service.
N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy
Custom Logo Agency does not share customer project or contact information with anyone and maintains the confidentiality of client data. Both parties agree not to defame or disparage each other after project completion.
